every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and rooms, i enjoyed it. the hotel was in a great area, very close to a cafe, california, bars, restaurants, and entertainment.

characterful hotel, chearful staff in a beautiful position. btw, we went to see the lake, it was 5 minutes walk from the venue. hotel was fairly clean and the service was good.

The bed was fine, so we had a memorable stay. Everything in the hotel was wonderful and our room was bright. Staff was super-friendly and provided EXCELLENT service. Best possible location, Rapid City Regional airport was 12 miles away.

The rooms are good sized and the bed is comfy. It was in a central setting. There's Delmonico Grill located next door to the hotel, I recommend to try food there.
