every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and rooms, i enjoyed it. the hotel was in a great area, very close to a cafe, california, bars, restaurants, and entertainment.

characterful hotel, chearful staff in a beautiful position. btw, we went to see the lake, it was 5 minutes walk from the venue. hotel was fairly clean and the service was good.

The bed was fine, so we had a memorable stay. Everything in the hotel was wonderful and our room was bright. Staff was super-friendly and provided EXCELLENT service. Best possible location, Rapid City Regional airport was 12 miles away.

Perfectly pleasant stay, we had all essentials. Courteous staff who were always there to help. Elegant style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms.

Views appeared to be not so good.

Cozy hotel, I liked it. The bed was very comfy and the room was lovely. The staff made it incredible for me, they were so very helpful. Great stay in this downtown area.

The rooms are good sized and the bed is comfy. It was in a central setting. There's Delmonico Grill located next door to the hotel, I recommend to try food there.
